This hotel, set in a very rural area, is a hidden gem. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside reminiscent of a Scottish loch or Norwegian fjord. The value for money is exceptional, with reasonable prices for the rooms and all-inclusive package. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a shower, provide all the necessary comforts. And the breakfast spread is a delightful start to the day, offering plenty of choices to satisfy every appetite.

All was absolutely fine.

The staff was very friendly and personable. Rather than having a long drawn-out process during check-in, we just walked up to the restaurant/bar, gave them our last name, and one of the staff just took the keys and showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage. Loved the family-feel and casualness of it all. When we left the hotel, we forgot our ipod and called 5 hours later to see if they had it. They immediately knew what we had called for and held onto it for us.

Didn't have a mini-fridge but that wasn't a big issue at all.

Breakfast was nice.

The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke, especially the breakfast room, in which smoking is allowed. Generally, the hotel seems far better on the website than it actually is.

We loved how this hotel was located in a peaceful rural area, away from the busy city life. It was so refreshing to breathe in the fresh air and see the lovely meadows and typical Austrian houses around us. Plus, we could park our car easily and head straight to the dining area. The breakfast offered was good and the staff members were friendly. Additionally, the hotel had some nice facilities such as a pool and a terrace with a grill which will definitely come in handy in the summer. Another great thing was that we could get to the other small towns by the lakes with ease.
